Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of ModelPro, including our mobile app, website, and support services. By downloading, accessing, or using ModelPro, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you obtain ModelPro through Apple’s App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms. The Apple Standard EULA applies to your use of the app where required or where it is not superseded by these terms.
The service
ModelPro uses artificial intelligence to create e-commerce product photos and short showcase videos from product-only reference images, in-app presentation references, and settings you choose. ModelPro is not designed to edit uploaded photos or videos that contain real people. Results can be variable and may not be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity that occurs through it. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You must meet the minimum age required to enter into this agreement where you live.
Acceptable use
You may use ModelPro only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. Do not use the service to:
- upload photos or videos that contain real people; ModelPro accepts product-only generation inputs;
- create, upload, or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful content;
- create non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonate a real person in a deceptive or harmful way, or violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights;
- infringe intellectual-property rights or submit content you do not have permission to use;
- attempt to bypass credits, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service or its infrastructure; or
- use ModelPro in a manner that could harm users, minors, or the public.
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
ModelPro may offer paid subscriptions, consumable credits, and other in-app purchases. Available plans, prices, included features, and credit amounts are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may change over time.
Purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple’s rules. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase. Deleting ModelPro or your ModelPro account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Where applicable, credits are subject to the terms presented in the app and may be consumed when you request eligible generation or editing actions. Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are non-refundable. For billing and refund questions, use Apple’s purchase-support channels or contact us for app-specific help.
Your content and AI output
You retain any rights you have in the inputs you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, process, and transmit your inputs only as needed to operate the service, generate your requested output, protect the service, and comply with law.
You are responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. AI-generated output may resemble content created by others, and we do not guarantee that output will be exclusive, available for a particular use, or free from third-party claims. Do not rely on ModelPro output as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Third-party services
ModelPro uses third-party providers, including Apple, Supabase, FAL.ai, RevenueCat, Expo, Google, and PostHog, to operate parts of the service. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelPro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit-for-purpose service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelPro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using ModelPro at any time. You may request deletion through our account deletion page. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
