Delete your ModelPro account
You can delete your ModelPro account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open ModelPro and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Tap Delete Account, then review and confirm both deletion prompts.
The app submits the deletion directly after your confirmation. This permanently removes or de-identifies personal information associated with the account, subject to data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
If you cannot access the app
- Email modelproapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ModelPro account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my ModelPro account” and include the account email. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing an email request.
Important: subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop renewal, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ModelPro, then choose Cancel Subscription. Apple manages App Store billing and refunds.
