Scope
ModelPro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI tools for creating e-commerce product photos and short showcase videos from product-only references. ModelPro is not designed to edit uploaded photos or videos of real people. This Privacy Policy applies to the ModelPro mobile application, modelpro.dev, and related support services. It does not cover third-party services that have their own privacy notices.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: email address, account identifier, and profile information supplied through email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- Generation inputs and outputs: product-only reference photos, selected in-app model and pose references, prompts, generation settings, and the images or videos created at your request.
- Support messages: the information you include when contacting us.
Information collected through use
- App and device data: app version, device and operating-system details, language, diagnostics, and information needed to operate and secure the service.
- Usage and analytics data: feature interactions, generation events, and product-usage data that help us understand reliability and improve ModelPro. We use PostHog for product analytics when analytics is configured for the app.
- Purchase status: subscription and entitlement status supplied through RevenueCat and Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
How we use information
- Provide sign-in, product photo and video generation, saved work, credits, and customer support.
- Process the product references, selections, settings, and prompts you actively submit to generate requested AI output.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud or misuse, debug problems, and improve service quality.
- Measure app performance and improve product features using aggregated or pseudonymous analytics where practical.
- Communicate important account, policy, and support information.
AI processing and permission: Before generation inputs are sent to FAL.ai, the app explains which data will be shared, identifies FAL.ai as the recipient, and asks for your permission. If you do not allow the transfer, the generation is not submitted. Submit only product-only content you have the right to use; do not upload photos or videos that contain real people.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention may vary by data type and account status. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Device permissions: you can manage photo-library and notification permissions in iOS Settings. The app cannot process a generation input you do not choose to submit.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us at modelproapp@gmail.com. You can also follow our account deletion instructions.
- Marketing: ModelPro does not require you to accept marketing messages to use the app. If we send an optional marketing message, it will include a way to opt out.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Children
ModelPro is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ModelPro changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
